2.Usage of Product
The Magnesium Oxide Board (Glass Magnesium Board or MgO Board)is made of
 filling materials, such as sawdust and all kinds of crushed plant straw (you can
 select any one kind ) and several chemical raw materials which are token as 
modified material after special technology. The board has such features: quickly
 hard, high strength, large format, fireproofing, dampproof and good waterproof 
performance. It can be nailed, planed and sticked, so it can be used widely at indoor
 decoration, such as wall skirting and ceiling of market, hotel, club, station, office 
building and living room. And it can get large usage at topgrade furniture, door 
and partition. This product is made of waste materials, and it is ideal product which
 can replace all kinds of wood broad with reasonable price and good quality.
1. Introduction for roof tile machine:  
 
Straw color wave roof tile forming machine can produce pantile with all kinds of 
waves and heat-preserving layer, which will be used at the roof as the substitute 
of traditional asbestos tile, color steel tile and cement tile. There is asbestos in the
 asbestos tile which include carcinogen. 
 
Product features
The product manufactured by this equipment has following features: fireproof, 
waterproof, environmental protection and no toxicity, at the same time it is resistant
 against acid, alkali and aging. This product can be nailed, planed, sawed and sticked.
 In view of that its fireproofing grade is A, so our product will not be combustible 
when the fire is 800-1000°C.At the same time, when our product is fell into the 
water for a week, there are not the following phenomenon such as chalking, 
deformation and warp. In light of there is not glue in the raw materials, so there is
 not formaldehyde and benzene for our boards.Rich color and never fading
 
Technology features
This machine adopts reverse in-phase running technology.
There is not any requirement about high temperature and high pressure during 
production processing. The board will be
 formed at one time after rollerextruding under the conditions of normal 
temperature and normal pressure. This is a green environmentalprotection 
project, because that there is no waste water, waste materials and waste gas during
 its production processing. The finished board don’t need high temperature drying,
 airdrying and watering, and under the normal temperature, they will dry well 
indoor.  
 
Equipment Model and Product Specification
According to different production, our equipment has 6 models for large-scale, middle-scale and 
smallscale. Our all equipment can produce board with same quality and specification
 but different production.Customers can adjust the specification of the pantile 
according to different requirements, the standard specification is 1.8mX0.72m, 
the biggest length is 6 m, the thickness is 3mm~6mm generally. In addition, this
 equipment can produce the pantile with 
heat-preserving layer.
